Former Chehalis Western (later Curtis, Milburn & Eastern) C-415 switcher #684 was leased by the AOE in 1995 along with the former CMER shops at Western Junction, WA. The facility was used to repair and refurbish AOE cars. The rare centercab switcher is now on static display in Fife, WA.
