Not depicted in promotional material, but the American Freedom Train had three flats, so it's safe to assume a much larger exposition would need as many. Would likely have carried wagons for tickets, souvenirs, temp offices, and support vehicles. Tents, stages and other structures were to travel by truck/highway, so the number of flat cars needed would be modest.
