Built by ACF in 1955 as UP 8008. To AT 807 for use on the Louisville run. Later served as a protection diner for the Lorton run. The UP interior was never refurbished. Sold to Kansas City Southern in 1981 and numbered 19. Sold to Union Pacific in 1990. Rebuilt to Dome Diner "City of Portland" in 1991.
