Built by ACF in 1955 for the City of Portland and Challenger Streamliner trains. Ex Union Pacific 7000.

On AT, the car was configured with 36 seats on the lower level and 24 seats in the dome.

Eventually to American Orient Express/GrandLuxe Express, but never used in their service. Currently gutted, in primer, and stored by a private owner.
