Built by PS in 1949 as RF&P SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY. To RF&P 403 in 1970. To AT 630 in 1976 where it was part of AT's last Northbound revenue run. To Deleware Otsego Corp at AT auction in 1981. To NYSW. Scrapped in 2004.
