Built by Budd in 1954. Ex ATSF 552. To AT 514 in 1971. To Western Rail Services 522 in 1982. To a Chicago South Shore & South Bend 522 in 1986. To Conrail 55 in 1988.

AT left the lower level configuration alone, but reconfigured the upper level for 51 reclining coach seats and no lounge.
